  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Whole wheat pita bread
  • 1 medium Cucumber, diced
  • 2 medium Tomatoes, chopped
  • 0.5 medium Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt (for sauce)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper (for sauce)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.

Place the chicken breasts into a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight, to let the flavors infuse.
