  • 1.5 cups Grated zucchini (water squeezed out)
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
  • 0.25 cup Dark chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line a muffin tin with paper liners.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
