  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken livers under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Trim any excess fat or sinew if necessary. Cut the livers into bite-sized pieces, approximately the same size as the pineapple chunks.
