Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Pineapple juice
  • 1 cup Water
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 third cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 cups Bread flour
  • 2.25 teaspoons Instant yeast
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Milk

Directions

Step 1

Place the ingredients in the bread machine pan in the following order: pineapple juice, water, melted unsalted butter, 1 egg, granulated sugar, salt, bread flour, and instant yeast.

Step 2

Set the bread machine to the 'Dough' cycle and press start. Allow the machine to knead and rise the dough (about 90 minutes depending on the machine).

Step 3

After the dough cycle completes, lightly flour a clean surface and turn out the dough. Divide it into 12 equal portions using a bench scraper or knife.

Form each portion into a smooth ball and place them evenly spaced in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

Cover the baking dish with a clean kitchen towel and allow the rolls to rise in a warm, draft-free place for 30-45 minutes, until they double in size.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
