Ingredients

  • 32 oz frozen hashbrowns, shredded
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups cornflakes, crushed
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter, melted (for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.
