Ingredients

  • 32 ounces frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 1.5 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted (for topping)
  • 0.5 cups additional shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
