Ingredients

  • 500 grams Potatoes
  • 300 grams Cooked meat (beef, pork, or sausage)
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 100 grams Pickled beets (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes (about 1 cm).

Step 2

Dice the cooked meat into small bite-sized pieces.

Step 3

Peel and finely chop the onion.

Step 4

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter and the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy.
