Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the eggs: Crack two eggs into a small bowl and whisk thoroughly. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper for seasoning.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and melt 1/2 tablespoon of butter. Pour in the beaten eggs and gently scramble them, stirring continuously until just cooked but still soft. Remove from heat and set aside.
