  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 250 grams ground pork
  • 150 grams cooked ham, finely diced

  • 100 grams breadcrumbs
  • 60 ml milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a standard loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
