  • 8 slices Bread slices (white or whole grain)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or margarine (optional)
  • 4 large Lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces, and transfer them to a mixing bowl.

Dice the cooked ham into small cubes and add it to the bowl with the eggs.
