Ingredients

  • 4 pieces (6 ounces each) Halibut fillets

  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 pieces Lemon wedges
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.

Pat the halibut fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper. Place the fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
