  • 4 pieces (6 ounces each) halibut fillets

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons (grated) parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 4 whole (for garnish) extra basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Pat halibut fillets dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
