  • 0.5 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup cucumber, diced
  • 0.25 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, ground cumin, ground coriander, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until the spices are evenly distributed.
