  • 4 pieces pepper jack cheese slices
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, prepare the marinade by combining lime juice, tequila, orange juice, olive oil, minced garlic, jalapeño, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
