  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.33 cup Panko bread crumbs

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

Wash the jalapeños thoroughly. Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes, being careful to leave the peppers intact for stuffing. Set them aside.
