Ingredients

  • 2 cups canned black beans
  • 1 cup sweet corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)

  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Drain and rinse the black beans thoroughly and add them to a large mixing bowl.

If using frozen corn, thaw it beforehand. If using canned corn, drain it. Add the corn to the bowl with the beans.
