  • 0.125 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a clean, dry mixing bowl, add the egg whites and salt. Using an electric mixer, start beating on medium speed until soft peaks form.
