  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (chopped, optional garnish)
  • 0.5 cups Sour cream (for serving)
  • 4 pieces Lime wedges (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Wash the Swiss chard thoroughly, remove the tough stems, and chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 3

Add the diced onion to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until it becomes translucent.
