  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 whole bay leaf
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
