  • 0.25 cup water or chicken broth

Directions

Step 1

Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes (about 1 cm). Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic cloves.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium heat.
