  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 0.5 cup crumbled feta cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Slice the zucchini and yellow squash lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick strips.

Cut the red and yellow bell peppers into large strips, discarding seeds and membranes.

Peel the red onion and slice into thick rings.
