Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Cooked turkey breast (sliced or shredded)
  • 8 pieces Cooked bacon strips
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 4 pieces Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato (sliced thinly)
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (softened)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Set aside for later use.

Step 2

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon strips and cook until crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside.

Step 3

Spread a thin layer of the mayonnaise mixture over one side of each tortilla.

Step 4

Layer one half of each tortilla with shredded turkey, 2 bacon strips, tomato slices, a romaine lettuce leaf, and a generous sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.

Step 5

Fold the tortillas in half to cover the filling, pressing gently to seal.

Step 6

Brush the outside of the folded tortillas with softened butter on both sides.

Step 7

Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the quesadillas on the hot skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Step 9

Serve immediately and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces, such as salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
