Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Tuna steaks
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 1.5 cups Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. This will serve as the marinade for the tuna steaks.

Place the tuna steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Allow them to marinate for 10-15 minutes while you prepare the relish.
