  • 2 pounds Tri-tip roast
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 4 Ciabatta rolls
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 large Yellow onion
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Horseradish
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup Arugula

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

Rub the seasoning mixture all over the tri-tip roast.

Place the seasoned tri-tip on the preheated grill. Grill for about 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 130°F for medium-rare, turning halfway through cooking.
