Ingredients

  • 8 pieces sourdough bread slices
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 8 slices deli turkey
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 large, sliced tomato
  • 4 pieces lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium, sliced avocado
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Spread 1/2 tablespoon of butter on one side of each sourdough bread slice.

Step 3

Spread 1 1/2 tablespoons of mayonnaise on the unbuttered side of 4 bread slices. These will act as the base of your sandwiches.

On the mayonnaise side of each base slice, layer 2 slices of deli turkey, 2 slices of deli ham, and 2 slices of crispy cooked bacon.
