  • 1 Cucumber (sliced into half-moons)
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Honey

Soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using to prevent burning.
