Ingredients

  • 1 pound Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 quarter cup Dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Lemon wedges (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, 2 minced garlic cloves, salt, and black pepper.

Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover the bowl and let the shrimp marinate in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
