  • 8 pieces wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, prepare the marinade by whisking together the soy sauce, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, ground ginger, olive oil, red chili flakes (optional), salt, and black pepper.
