Directions

Step 1

1. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Cover and let the shrimp marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
