Ingredients

  • 4 pieces salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.

Step 2

Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil on both sides.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to make a marinade.

Step 4

Rub the marinade evenly over the salmon fillets and set aside while you prepare the cucumber sauce.

Step 5

For the cucumber sauce, grate the cucumber using a box grater and squeeze out the excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.

Step 6

In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, fresh dill, lemon zest, honey, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Step 7

Place the salmon fillets on the preheated grill, skin-side down. Grill for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Step 8

Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a minute before serving.

Step 9

Serve the grilled salmon warm, topped with a generous dollop of the tangy cucumber sauce. Garnish with extra dill if desired.
