  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Brush both sides with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season with 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
