Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets (skin-on)
  • 0.5 cup Fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil (for greasing grill)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 375–400°F or 190–200°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, orange zest, grated ginger, Dijon mustard, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create the glaze.

Lightly oil the grill grates with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
