Ingredients

  • 4 portabella mushroom caps
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 pieces lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices sliced tomato
  • 4 slices sliced red onion
  • 4 cheese slices (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Clean the portabella mushroom caps with a damp paper towel and remove the stems.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
