  • 2 Bell peppers (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 8 Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
  • 4 pcs Pita bread
  • 1 cup Tzatziki sauce
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped, optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the pork shoulder into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, ground coriander, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
