Ingredients

  • 4 pieces bone-in pork chops
  • 2 large ripe peaches
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F/200°C).

Step 2

Brush both sides of the pork chops with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.

Step 3

Cut the peaches in half, remove the pits, and brush the cut sides with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.

Step 4

In a small bowl, mix the honey and balsamic vinegar together. Set aside to use as a glaze.

Step 5

Place the seasoned pork chops on the grill, directly over the heat. Cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) using a meat thermometer.

Step 6

While the pork chops are grilling, place the peach halves cut side down on the grill. Grill for 2-3 minutes or until the peaches have developed grill marks and softened slightly.

Step 7

During the last 2 minutes of cooking, brush the pork chops and peaches with the honey-balsamic glaze.

Step 8

Remove the pork chops and peaches from the grill. Allow the pork chops to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Step 9

Serve each pork chop with half of a grilled peach on the side. Optionally, garnish with additional rosemary if desired.
