  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 6 Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Directions

Step 1

Cut the pre-cooked polenta into 1-inch cubes. Aim for uniform sizes to ensure even grilling.

Clean and trim the mushrooms, cutting large ones in half if needed to fit on the skewers.

Thread the polenta cubes and mushrooms alternately onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a small gap between pieces to allow for even cooking.
