  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour (for dusting)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 450–500°F). Ensure the grates are clean to prevent the dough from sticking.

Step 2

Lightly flour your work surface with 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour. Roll out the pizza dough into a thin round or rectangle, roughly 12 inches in diameter.

Step 3

Brush one side of the dough with 1 tablespoon of olive oil to prevent it from sticking to the grill.
