Ingredients

  • 4 whole Bell peppers (red, yellow, or orange)
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Wash the bell peppers and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and stems.
