Ingredients

  • 1 large Red bell pepper
  • 1 large Green bell pepper
  • 100 grams Soya cheese
  • 4 slices Whole grain sandwich bread
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat an oven or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Wash and slice the red and green bell peppers into strips, about 1 cm wide.

Step 3

Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the pepper strips and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Toss to coat evenly.

Step 4

Grill the peppers on the preheated grill pan or oven until soft and slightly charred, about 5 minutes. Set aside.

Step 5

Finely mince the garlic clove.

Step 6

In a small bowl, mix the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, black pepper, and a small pinch of salt.
