  • 4 whole Fresh peaches
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons Caramel sauce
  • 4 sprigs Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat (about 375°F).
