Ingredients

  • 2 whole Fruit (peaches, pineapple, or mango)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground cinnamon (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Prepare the fruit: For peaches, halve and pit them. For pineapple, peel and core it, then cut into thick rings or wedges. For mango, peel it and cut large slices around the pit.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, honey or maple syrup, and ground cinnamon (if using).

Brush the fruit generously with the olive oil mixture on all sides.

Remove the fruit from the grill and let it cool slightly.

Step 7

Serve warm as-is or pair with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, yogurt, or whipped cream for a delicious treat.
