Ingredients

  • 250 grams Cremini mushrooms
  • 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 20 grams Fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1.5 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 50 grams Arugula (optional)

Directions

Step 1

1. Clean the cremini mushrooms using a damp paper towel to remove dirt. Remove the stems if they are tough and slice the mushrooms in half if large.

2. In a bowl, toss the mushrooms with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 0.25 teaspoons of salt, and 0.25 teaspoons of black pepper.
