  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Directions

Step 1

Clean and remove the stems from the Portobello mushrooms. Place them in a shallow dish, gill-side up.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
