  • 8 tablespoons Unsalted butter

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
  • 4 pieces Lime wedges (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat (about 400°F).

Using kitchen shears, cut down the top of each lobster tail shell lengthwise. Gently pry open the shell and lift the lobster meat slightly over the shell, keeping it attached at the base.
