  • 4 whole lobsters (1.5 pounds each) lobster
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 large, minced garlic cloves
  • 1 medium, juiced lemon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the lobsters and parboil for 5 minutes. Remove them from the pot and let them cool slightly.
