  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 4 pieces Lemon slices

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board. If the breasts are thick, carefully slice them horizontally into thinner pieces or pound them to even thickness for quicker and more even cooking.

In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Whisk the mixture until well blended.
