  • 1 cup Mango, diced
  • 0.25 cups Red onion, finely chopped
  • 0.5 cups Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 4 cups Mixed greens

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
