Ingredients

  • 2 whole Peach
  • 1 whole Pineapple
  • 8 whole Strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 leaves Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat.

Step 2

Cut the peaches in half, remove the pit, and slice into thick wedges.

Step 3

Slice the pineapple into rings, then cut each ring into halves.

Step 4

Leave the strawberries whole, but remove the green tops if desired.

Step 5

In a small bowl, mix the honey with 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.

Step 6

Brush the honey-cinnamon mixture lightly onto the fruit slices.

Step 7

Place the prepared fruit on the grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and the fruit softens slightly. Remove from grill and let cool slightly.

Step 8

While the fruit cools, prepare the cinnamon cream. In a chilled mixing bowl, use a hand or stand mixer to whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Step 9

Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon to the whipped cream. Continue whipping until stiff peaks form.

Step 10

Arrange the grilled fruit on a large serving platter or individual dishes.

Step 11

Dollop or drizzle the cinnamon cream over the fruit.

Step 12

Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired, and serve immediately while the fruit is still slightly warm.
