  • 4 pieces Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Mascarpone cheese

  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 1 medium Banana
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar (optional, for garnish)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground cinnamon (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the fresh fruit. Hull and slice the strawberries, cut the pineapple into small chunks, and slice the banana into thin rounds. Set the prepared fruit aside.

In a small bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth. Adjust sweetness with more honey if desired.
