  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 pieces garlic cloves
  • 1 can (28 oz) canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 10 pieces fresh basil leaves
  • 1 small onion
  • 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).

While the grill is heating, prepare the chicken by brushing each breast with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, and oregano on both sides.

Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
